If you want to get in touch with a candidate, you'll need to download the CV. The number of times you'll be able to do this depends on your package - but we'll always make sure you have enough downloads to fulfil your hiring needs.
While it is possible to reach out to multiple candidates in bulk, you're better off building your shortlist and contacting candidates individually, both of which you can do in the dashboard.
A CV view allows you to view a CV without seeing the candidate's specific contact details. When you view a CV this way, you can check out a candidate's work experience and skills, then decide whether you want to download the CV and reveal the contact details.
A CV download occurs any time you view a candidate's contact details. You can run as many searches and view as many CVs as you like, but as soon as you click on "Download CV", "Email CV to yourself", "Print CV" or "View contact details", this counts as one of your downloads.
